This is the reporting schedule for the kingdom. All officers except Reeves and Seneschals report as follows:

• Canton, College and incipient group officers: reports due the 1st of January, April, July and October.
• Baronial and Shire officers: reports due 1st of February, May, August and November.
• Kingdom Officer: reports due the 15th of February, May, August and November.

Reeves and Seneschals report as follows:

• Canton, College, Shire and Baronial Reeves: bank reconciliations due the 15th of every month. Reports due the 15th of  January, April, July and October for the preceding quarter (ie report for January 1 to March 31 due in April).
• Canton, College and incipient Seneschals: reports, including summary of the officers’ reports, due the 15th of January, April, July and October.
• Shire and Baronial Seneschals: reports, including summary of officers in the group and any canton and college Seneschals, due the 15th of February, May, August and November.
• Kingdom Reeve: quarterly according to rules specific to the Australian and NZ Board of Directors.
• Kingdom Seneschal: report due to the Society Seneschal the 1st of March, June, September and December.

That means that baronial and shire officers have a month to incorporate the reports from their subordinates in cantons and colleges, then their Kingdom superior has a fortnight to incorporate those reports into his report to the kingdom and the Society officer.
